Customers don't know what they need until you tell them.

That's why I always send them more than they ordered.

Most of the time, they're not even paying attention.

So double, triple, quadruple...even 10X their orders.

If they get pissed, offer a discount. They already have the product.

What are they gonna do, ship it back?

Now look...I rarely make quota...and it's been a minute since I have...but every time I have made quota...this was a big reason.

Work smarter, not harder, my friends.
