I'm Wes Schaeffer. I've been selling professionally for 29 years and running my own businesses for 20. I'm an Air Force veteran, a father of seven, and a BJJ black belt.

I've sold to and consulted with everyone from solo entrepreneurs to Fortune 500 companies. I've hosted over 700 podcast episodes interviewing founders, CEOs, authors, and experts. I've written books, built courses, and helped thousands of salespeople and business owners grow their revenue.

But the thing that changed me most? Jiu-Jitsu.

I started training in my 40s. It humbled me. It taught me that ego is the enemy. It showed me that fundamentals matter more than fancy techniques. And it connected me with a community of driven, disciplined people who understand what it means to pursue mastery.
